The spacious deck with a 4-person hot tub sits among the trees and extends a gracious panoramic view of the wooded surroundings. Just minutes from the State Park and Broken Bow lake.

Master bedroom has brand new King bed with high end linens and mattress. The sofa in the Living Room is a Queen sleeper sofa and sleeps two.

Cancellation Policy



  • 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
  • 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel between 14 -30 days before check-in.
  • No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.



Damage and Incidentals



  • You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
